1. What products does Allfit Meals offer?

We offer personalized meals prepared by professional chefs, To-Go delivery products, and special services for events and celebrations.

2. What is the delivery time for the To-Go product?

The maximum delivery time is up to 7 (seven) business days after payment confirmation.

3. Do other services have a delivery time?

No. Other services (such as personal chef and events) are scheduled by the customer and carried out on the previously agreed date.

4. How does payment work?

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store credit or debit card information.

5. Can I cancel an order?

Yes. To request a cancellation or refund, please contact our customer service team at camilacavazana@icloud.com. Refund conditions may vary depending on the type of service contracted.

6. Do you offer options for dietary restrictions?

Yes. Our meals can be adapted to meet dietary restrictions and preferences, as long as they are informed at the time of ordering.

7. In which regions does Allfit Meals operate?

We serve customers in the United States and Brazil. Please check service and delivery availability for your region when making a purchase.
