3. Orders and Payments

• All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Payments are securely processed by Stripe; we do not store card data.
• Your order will only be confirmed after payment approval.

4. Delivery and Scheduling

• The maximum delivery time for the To-Go product is up to 7 (seven) business days after payment confirmation.
• All other Allfit Meals services are scheduled directly by the customer and carried out on the previously agreed date.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors (weather, traffic, strikes, etc.).

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• To request a refund, you must contact Allfit Meals customer service directly at camilacavazana@icloud.com.

6. Limitation of Liability

Allfit Meals shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.
